What are your candles made of?

Our candles are a clean burning coconut-soy blend. They are free of sulfates, phthalates, pesticides, and parabens. We use vegetable dyes to color our candles. Both our cotton and wood wicks are 100% natural.
What are the properties of your candle scents?

Our candle scents are made with perfume-quality fragrance and essential oils, focusing on sustainable and organic sourcing.
When will my order ship?

When you place an order, it will be immediately confirmed via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your "Spam/Junk" folders. If you do not see it, please email us at endlessmtscandleco@gmail.com. Our typical shipping time on in-stock merchandise is within 72 hours of placing the order. In the event an item goes out of stock after you place an order, you will be notified via email if your order is not expected to ship within 72 hours. Your card will be charged when you place your order.
What are your shipping options?

Rates for shipping within the 48 Contiguous US states are currently a flat rate of $11.95, we ship all products via FEDEX/UPS/USPS. Packages shipped via USPS can take upwards to 4 weeks to reach their destination. FEDEX/UPS ground shipping can take from 9-21 days from the date of order. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select are offered to some locations. Please see shipping option when placing your order. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select is guaranteed to arrive 1-day, 2-day and 3-day, respectively, from the ship date (not counting weekends or holidays), and not from the day the order is placed. If we anticipate your order to take longer than 9-21 business days, you will be notified by email or phone.
Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes. We offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select are offered to some locations. Please see shipping option when placing your order. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select is guaranteed to arrive 1 day, 2 day and 3-day, respectively, from the ship date (not counting weekends or holidays), and not from the day the order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is offered but not at a flat rate.

Candle Co. utilizes a number of encryption and security devices to make your shopping experience a safe and happy one. No outside firm or entity will be able to view your account information, your purchasing history, or your credit card number. Your personal information will not be sold, and you can withdraw your name and close your account at any time.
